What size ring do I need?

To find out what size you need, please refer to our ring sizing guide or visit your local jewelers, where you can usually have your ring size measured.



Where is my order? 

You can track your order by referring to your order dispatch email. Tracking details are available from the moment your order is dispatched from us to signed receipt at final destination. We use BPost in Belgium, Aramex in the United Arab Emirates and UPS in the rest of the world.



What is the returns and refund policy? 

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if within 14 days of purchase you notice some issue with your product (based on postage receipt date), you can send an e-mail within these time laps to contact@oliviadescressonnieres.com in order to explain it. OLIVIA DES CRESSONNIÈRES team will immediately reply to you in order to take the right action. Depending on the issue type, we can take corrective actions (repairs, refunding…). Issues resulting in customer usage issues will not be refunded. Please note that in case you need to return the goods (after our customer care service answer you mail), they should be returned in perfect condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging along with your completed returns note. Please send returns by registered mail, insured for its full value to Customer Care Service OLIVIA DES CRESSONNIÈRES, Villers Street 11, 1000 Brussels – Belgium.

Do you deliver to my country?

We deliver worldwide. For delivery fees, please refer to Delivery & Return section.



How will I know when my order has been dispatcher?

The moment your order is dispatched, we will send you an e-mail confirmation with your tracking information. Do not forget to check your junk mail folder.

Do you offer a repairs service?
